At-Home Learning

This a painting of my son, reading in our greenhouse, having a much needed break from online learning...the background that surrounds him is made up of newspaper clippings, headlines about covid-19, just as he is surrounded by the aspects of the pandemic in his life. The headlines are from our local paper, and I painted a pattern over them to represent the places around the world like India, that he now thinks about who are more connected to us through this pandemic.
